Many older adults face a significant challenge when it comes to staying engaged and socially connected, leading to feelings of isolation and loneliness. As they age, factors such as physical limitations, reduced mobility, and the loss of friends and family members can contribute to a decline in social interactions. This lack of engagement not only affects their mental and emotional well-being but can also impact their overall quality of life and cognitive health.

- This project’s mission was to develop a high quality, low cost prosthetic leg for children in developing countries .
- This product had a comprehensive research stage, which included intricate leg kinematic research.
- Meytar R&D designed a unique mechanical mechanism that had a low price tag on it.
- The final design is mass manufactured using plastic injection molding.
- The design process included multiple FEA structural and prototype iterations in order to reach an optimal solution.
